Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism

• Share knowledge about Farming is Life’s produce, mission, and values

• Operate the point-of-sale system, handle cash and card transactions accurately

• Restock shelves and maintain clean, organized displays

• Weigh and label produce, manage freshness and rotation of goods

• Assist with receiving and logging new inventory

• Keep the store clean, safe, and inviting

• Represent our farm’s mission and promote upcoming events, offerings, or volunteer opportunities

• Support setup for pop-up markets, workshops, or community events as needed

Requirements:

• Passion for community, food justice, and regenerative agriculture

• Friendly, dependable, and able to work both independently and in a team

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

• Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings

• Retail, food service, or farm stand experience a plus but not required
